The staff were very kind and helpful. Their good location allowed easy access to public transport.

The bathroom smelled quite bad. I suspect it was a chemical odor from tablets in the sink. Adjusting the water temperature in the shower was also difficult. It took a very long time and surprised me with either burning hot or ice-cold water, even with slight handle movements. The water pressure was adequate. the wait for hot water was excessive.

the hotel is clean. the lady at reception was helpful. she helped me with all my requests. the wi-fi signal was very strong.

the water pressure in the shower was not great. adjusting the temperature took a very long time. sometimes it was burning hot or ice cold.

the location is easily accessible by public transport. it connects well with the city center and beaches. the area is quiet and i experienced restful sleep because of the good mattresses. i found the staff very polite .

i noticed a slight smoking smell in my rooms. i believe it drifted in from the open windows. it was a minor inconvenience, but noticeable nonetheless.

the location is great with easy access to public transport. a tram stop right outside the hotel made city exploration simple. i also found the room to be well-designed and spacious enough..

The bathroom was not tidy. It was quite unpleasant. hot water in the shower was only lukewarm in the morning at best. all hotel rooms are located underground.. windows face the hall, so fresh air is limited.
